rafa ain't gonna change anything, least of all his rotation policy.
if he follows all ur advice, plays 4-4-2 and sticks to the same squad, there are two possible scenarios:
1. LFC are transformed into a championship winning outfit, scoring goals for fun. then rafa will get the flak for not doing so earlier, thereby losing too many precious points and virtually throwing away the EPL challenge for this season.
2. LFC play even worse, and allow crap teams to score goals for fun. then rafa will be thrown to the dogs for ruining one of the proudest teams in the country.
so you see, rafa is damned if he does, and damned if he doesn't.
so the safest and most kiasu strategy for rafa now is to sit tight, hope for results to improve, and blame the bad run of form on the "cowboys" disrupting the club management.

Sack the cowboys------ act rich yet no much $$ to buy good players.
Sack the Rafa---------- Rotating policy cant works, confusing the players.
Sack the Kite----------- Professional Ruby player.
