I feel for the fellow, but I don't think he is there. Sure he came with a lot of credit in his name, but RB stuck with him in my opinion to his loss. He would have been better off risking the wrath of the fans by playing Babel in attack and see what happens rather than Lucas in midfield and see what happens. I feel RB got both these decisions wrong this year, and sometimes you have to pay the price for making the wrong decisions..

But such is the current state of Liverpool, that RB is still a valuable asset, the board looks bored, money is not, and the talk is about selling SG and FT.. I asked my wife whether she knows any other LFC players than SG and FT and she said no. That should tell you next year's Premier League form of LFC.

Jokes aside, Chel$ki did find a new manager.. LFC looks totally in disarray.

its easy for coffeeshop managers like us to criticise smaller players when the team not playing well...are we big enough to question the bigger boys like SG,FT & JC? Or even JM? Of all the big players in the team only reina performed this season...SG,FT,JM & JC...they all had a poor season...they are the reason for our poor league finishing...how many sitters FT missed this season? I'm sure the bigger players were saving their legs for the coming WC but the smaller players buckled up...pulled their sleeves and worked hard...pls give them credit for what they've done...:thumbsd: even a legend like Carra,wants to play in the WC after announcing his international retirement few yrs back...:think:

FT has been affected by injuries and yes, he did have a few off games, but he has voiced his dissapointed and bounced back

SG - this was one of his poorer season, no doubt about it. Is he playing in his favourite and best role?

JC - he is getting slower, but he is not getting less games. He is always the first to admit and apologise whenever he has an off game. But how many of those off-games were solely his fault, his colleagues at the backline and those covering him in front (you know who) are also to be blamed, but JC is will not point fingers.

JM - you cannot fault his determination and commitment, off games? I am surprised he has not get any red card for tackling or punching lucas leiva!


No one is bigger than the club, if we get any decent offers for these players, by all means, seize them and use the funds to build the squad, but will the manager get the right players?
Will these players want to leave? JT - likely
SG - i am not very sure, but seem like his committment dwindled a bit
