Liverpool misses him badly. I can't think of anyone in Pool now that can pass nearly half as well (consistently). And we all miss his own-half-goals alright... Sighz.

By the way, a friend from London told me that around 3 months ago, they were freaking shocked to read that Lucas was the BEST passer in EPL. The second best didn't even come close to Lucas' pass completion rate. I solved the mystery for my friend: Lucas did indeed have the highest pass completion rate... ie. the backpass completion rate. =_="""

i think statistics dont lie...Lucas must have the best pass completion...just like i agree LFC is having a poor season...everyone playing badly...during manure's game..Gerrard went missing...Torres left his scoring boots at Anfield(coz he scored with his head & missed 2 golden opportunities with his feet)...its not entirely the manager's fault...he planned the best for the game...though if i were him,i'd play Aquilani instead of Masch...yes i'll play Lucas in holding midfield...Masch to me is a liability sometimes...i'd also play Babel instead of Kuyt,maybe Kuyt can come in after 1hr...when Babel got tired(manure's defence also) & Kuyt will run at them...:think:

masch can be woeful in defending from midfields. but that said, he does whatever is needed to halt the run.

I've always been 50-50 on whether Rafa should go or stay. I fear that should he go, he'll just take along with him his finest including Torres and that's a freaking bad nightmare. At the same time, he's seriously in need of a better strategy at times. For the manure game, he should've played benayoun from the start then subbed in babel coz babel's better when playing towards the end and his runs usually can outpace tired defenders by then. But that aside, for that game, it looked as if not a single Pool player wanted to play. It might have suggested that Rafa has lost the dressing room.
