I got shot twice last night.....1st shot...LFC lost again when controlling the game against the same team as last season despite having more chances to score.....2nd....hady won the asian idol when there are 2 or maybe 3 other singers with better vocal than him.....today is juz not the day to start a week....:cry:

I'm not too concerned abt the loss if u asked me. It is just strange to see Rafa play the same 11 against Man U as i thought he will give Babel, Aurelio and Crouch a start after the recent Reading and Marseille game. I feel it's part of Rafa's ploy to get the American owners to spend some $$ to get reinforcement and get rid of a few players.

The performance isnt bad. I'd say the worst performer is Van Der Sar and he's lucky not to concede 3 goals from his mistakes. tevez is lucky in both his goal and handball. I think if Crouch and Babel played from the start, the result will be very different,.

Anyway, lets get the ball rolling for League Cup against Chelsea. I bet Liverpool win 2-1 Crouch, Gerrard.

Kuyt is having a very bad spell. Ok he didnt have a good spell to begin with. I agree with you that Rafa perhaps should have started Crouch instead. Babel might be another possibility too. I think he will play well as a striker along side Torres.

I think somehow we're missing the services of Pennant and Finnan on the right. Pennant causes alot of trouble on the right wing while Finnan is able to provide overlapping runs and supply quality crosses into the box.

League cup against Chelsea. It will be interesting to find out who Rafa will be fielding. Maybe the likes of Voronin and Leiva will be called up again. I believe it will be another close game.

Rafa been saying Crouch not going anywhere, but this kind of things hard to say, he start the dirty kite more often than Crouch.

At least Crouch gave us some spectacular goals and the robo-dance.
I only remember Kite scoring with his nose.
