we jus squandered too many chances. credit to friedel though. crouch was too wasteful.

and when Alonso smacked the post and save a brilliant effort saved, i knew its not our day.

1 chance 1 goal.

Newcastle were preparing a £12million offer for the England international-Peter Crouch in Jan transfer window?;p

GOAL !!!!!!!!!!

Garcia given liverpool the lead at half time... 1-0

Beep Beeeeep Beeeeeeeeeeppppppppppppp...

Full time at White Heart Lane with the result reads:-
Hotspurs 0
Liverpool 1

A goal by garcia at the stroke of half time have given Liverpool the 3 points in this hard fought game in a bad weather condition.

Full credits to the host who have really given Liverpool a hard time in the 2nd half. Many close shaves but glad that Liverpool survived them all.

Looking forward to the next game.
Come on U Reds !!!

U'll never walk alone.

:vhappy: :vhappy: :vhappy: Another 3pts and a clean sheet

At Blackburn is clearly not our day and today at white heart lane is not Spur's day ;p

shd had another goal...

at this rate liverpool is playing....my heart cannot take it liao...

Wah, towards the end really dun dare to watch. glad for the 3 points. It's a very good result and we were good value for it. Actually spurs didn't seemed to be much threat till the last bit but then it got really scary:sweat:
We really need to kill of matches better. And again, it showed the value of getting the first goal. We always looked better after scoring first, more secure. I think confidence in the players are still brittle and the players tend to get flustered when things dun go well. more composure and self-belief would help us take more points on the road. and please guys, learn to hold the ball when under pressure... losing the ball within 2-3 passes simply puts the pressure right back on us. Hamann's coolness in possession would have been much appreciated. better possession play and movement off the ball would spare many of us from suffering so many heart attacks.
Wonder what's the life expectancy of liverpool fans compared to other clubs :bsmilie:

 hotcakes keep coming during the last 20mins.
good thing the defence held firm and the offside flag came to our aid. :bsmilie:

LIVERPOOL!! LIVERPOOL!!

gd to see arsenal losing. gd to see chelski home game drop points. :bsmilie:

Up to 4th!

Monday will meet Bolton (3rd) at Anfield. That's gonna be a cruncher. We always had problems against them and lost at the Reebok earlier this season. Bloody negative, long balling, time-wasting, cheating buggers! But tough and well-organised and never gives up till the end. And with some of our old boys like Anelka and Diouf. Nolan is good too and Campo would definitely put our defenders under pressure in set-pieces. This will be a nice test of character for the lads.

Win that and we'll be third! 10 behind Chelsea. Even if we don't win the league, I hope Man Utd does and we finish above Chelsea to shut Maureen up. Anything can happen but realistically, would be very happy if we could simply show improvement and better consistency even if we cannot close the gap.

Till monday then. YNWA!!!

see wat the new year bring to us

com'on u REDS!!!

let's hamtum bolton!!!
