Rafa is good but he's not perfect. Did he make mistakes? Of course he did. Does that mean we don't support him? Of course not. I think he's a great manager and more importantly a great man. If he is lacking anywhere, he probably isn't too great at motivating players and talking to them (at least that's the impression i get from excerpts of Gerrards autobiography). Maybe english club players need more talking to than spanish teams who seem more professional. I think maybe Gerrard and the more senior players need to take the lead in helping the players gel.
It just irritates me to no end that the official website always tries to play down or make excuses like "Reds unlucky to lose", "Mistakes cost us"....We lost and Everton was better. Having more shots on goal doesn't count. Admit it, give them credit and then go back to work, get better and make our own luck; then we will trash them for the next 40 years (in 2046, our youth team would lose to everton first team in a friendly

I watched the whole game and it's frustrating. I dont think we played badly though and certainly dont deserved to lose 3-0. I do suggest dropping Reina for a couple of games. To me, he may be too comfortable now that Carson and Kirkland is on loan. He has already make a few fumbles in this short season and we cant afford that.
Rafa prob make a few tatical mistake but i can see where he's coming from. He prob rushed Carra back from injuries as he wanted a local lad at the back.Same for Fowler who has a wonderful record against Everton (6 in 9 games or something like that). Crouch, prob too tired after all the england games. Also, i still think Liverpool still cant make full use of Crouch as he's too unconventional. Even the Chinese commentator (in China) says that Liverpool start loping high balls after Crouch left, which i think is correct as Kuyt is prob a better header of a ball than Crouch.
The one crucial mistake i think is starting Garcia. If Rafa still hasnt figure out, Garcia is not suitable for such matches like derby matches. Similarly, Aurelio is a disaster (which many teams already pin point from the beginning). Now that Riise is out and Traore is gone (yes, even Traore is a better defender i feel), the only option is to start Warnock.
Not starting Bellamy mean we lose a potent speedster against Everton. I expected Rafa to at least put Bellamy on bench.. and that decision probably cost us the match as we have no one to run at their defence.
Lastly, not sure if i am the only one to observe this... but Alonso is a fraction of his oldself this season.. not sure the reason why...
