this CHA errors still happen to recent Lexar CF? 1GB and 2GB?

Hi CSer,
I intend to buy this card because of 80x speed with WA.
In Lexar website mentioned that this speed is only applicable with those camera which
adopted WA technology. Is it true ?
Furthermore, is it really bad this brand (new card with new firmware) compare with cheapest brand (Kingston elite pro) or even Ultra-2 ? Noticed only affecting DSLR ! how about prosumer camera ?

Can I still exchange this card without providing receipt ?

Luckily I decided to use Ultra-2.
