Hi, guys!

Anyone using the new Final Cut Pro X?

How do you effectively place a letterbox on the final movie?

It seems that transitions are affected, as in they become 'white' instead of black and that's NOT good!

:confused::confused:

Any ideas?

Under effects browser, look for letterbox effects. Then open your inspector and select the aspect ratio you want.

It works perfectly for me... not sure what you mean by becoming white instead of black

Well, letterbox - the bands of black on top and beneath, that make up this 'Letterbox' is white instead of remaining black during transitions like 'Flash'.
