Not parole. Those who sentenced to X number of months will get a one third remission but I doubt 4 weeks sentence in his case is entitled to it.

Celebrity Party, Getting drunk and Drove his car, posing danger to the public..
Now knocked someone, looked at them, and just weeee...drove away.
