Hello! First post here 
I've had my pink GF2 for a couple weeks now, I think the first week or so of it being available in Singapore I've been meaning to get the GF1 since September of last year, but waited to see the GF2 before committing. Upgrading from a point-and-shoot (Ixus), but didn't want the bulk of a dSLR, so the m4/3rds format is perfect for me; also did not have any habits pertaining to owning an SLR (i.e., dial button) so this was just nice. Quite pleased with my GF2!

I gave a call to TK Foto this afternoon, the men says it's normal and didnt offered an exchange, oh well... it's alright i guess.
A former pentax user just switched to Panasonic user here!
using LX5 now, with 1 dead pixel. hais.
is the dead pixel obvious?

Yea! become so irritating to me now, i'm going to call panasonic tomorrow, uncommon for panasonic to have such defects.
Bought LX5 yesterday to upgrade from my Lumix Fx35.
Picture quality is awesome!!! (then again, I was using FX35 so what do I know about "quality", right?).
Only disappointment is that Panasonic don't make marine case so if i go scuba, i will still use my Fx35+marine case. Of course there are 3rd party marine case from 10-bar but it costs about USD$900+... much more ex then the camera
Now I wonder is there any nice looking case/pouch for it. Mine came with the hard case only. Missed the panasonic promotion that gives out the leather case, but anyway, the leather case is also bulky looking.

I saw a dude selling a brown leather case for lx5 in clubsnap. here.
