Using the viewfinder I removed from my graphic as a lupe (Recommendations anyone?)
My darkbag as a dark clothe
My handphone as a spirt level
Sunny 16 to meter


Just loaded 4 sheets and taking it out tomorrow

Exposed 2 pieces of film today, anyone can recomend me a development time? Im using micro mf. I presume the times is simlar to d 76. How long do you guys stand devleop with the taco method?

saw quite a few boxes of 4x5 ilford hp5 n fp4 at ruby today. go get it if u dun wan the hassle of ordering online

Saw that quite sometime ago, but a box of 25 for 60 a bit too high for my pocket. $2+ per sheet... Planning to go raiding @ HK for 4*5 slides and B&W.

must come in quite recently as 2 weeks ago they still dun have it .
They selling at $60 now? :what: I bought the same stuff from them one year ago at$42 per box!

Hey, I use HC-110, 2 sheets at a time with fabric hair bands, 1:100 concentrate for 1 hour.

Come to think about it, our most ToKKONG LF setup is still cheaper than a LV bag.
Our most outrageous film, chemicals consumption is still cheaper than the consumption of cosmetics + others... :bsmilie:

Macritchie Reservoir also good. I am keen.

probably try Ruby or Chiifcameras .

i read Daiso has some loupes also but i have not seen it the past few times i went to Daiso.
worst come to worst..can just share our loupe ard.

Invest on a good loupe and light meter first, trust me on this. It makes a huge difference to certain degree.

Btw, I don't think your (ShadowLeong) bellow might encounter such issue, but do read up on bellow factor. One of the important stuff in LF especially on abstract shots.

Just developed my first 3 shots! Can't wait for them to dry!!

Yes a tripod has more uses other than holding a camera =X

guessing form my negatives, I pretty much lucked out with sunny 16 on a sunset lighting.

Another one i missed abit and the shadows are totally black.

Haven't taken any LF photos at HK yet, someone knock into me inside the mrt and fell. Ground glass broken from shock. Now really have to find servicing already.:cry:

Ouch! Looks like the cost of the trip has just gone up! On the bright side, your sinar will soon have a sparkling new ground glass!
