Dunno if it's my imagination but halos are coming out from the rocks? I like this one a lot, but felt the rock placement could be wee bit higher to give a bit more space below for the shadow of rock :dunno:

Is it? I tried very hard to not go out of the rock edges in the layer masking.

Abit max out on the tripod placement cause the rocks very uneven and doing so in the water makes things a little bit more harder and frightening lol!

Two images of the same subject at different angles and processing styles.

Hello UNCLE Draken413o!

I have a mild Request to ask of anyone that sees this.

It would be nice if you could join this flickr group I created that is a compilation of your nice sunrise and sunset photos so that we can have a library of compositions for sunrise and sunsets around our tiny red dot.

Thanks you and here is the url.

I Missed you so..

Ever since I realised good light was more important than the most expensive equipment, I have searched feverishly for it. The past couple of trips I've done in these searches was rather dismal and I was disappointed.

But tonight I had a glimmer of hope, pun intended that the sun casts its magnificent colours onto that blue sky canvas it paints on.

Maybe it was just resting for inspiration to its greatest masterpiece until the next day happens.. Who knows.. but Sun, I missed you so.. Please do this more often!

Wow! All the above was tremendously cool! What camera and lenses did you use to get all those?

Thanks! I used a canon 50d and tokina 11-16 f2.8 lens most of the shots. Some shots may be panoramas though.
