30-09-11: Sometimes I wonder whether Swiss dogs are mistreated. All of them hike and are well taken care of. Plenty of exercise keeps them real fit. Views around Rigi Kulm were superb. Every turn and every corner is a wonderful sight to see.
30-09-11: A shot of the surrounding mountains from a lookout point at the top of Mount Rigi Kulm. Simply magnificent. No wonder a friend of mine mentioned that this is one unforgettable place he has been to.
30-09-11: The famous cross above here at Rigi Kulm. It really makes a great subject for photos. Especially with the clouds and the alps in the background.
30-09-11: Another panorama stitch of 13 shots from the vantage point. This was almost a 270 degrees view as I took about 13 vertical shots for stitching this.
30-09-11: Ever wonder how come ang mohs can do such things. Amazing mummies pushing the babies all the way from foot to top. What is funny in this pic is another hiker bathing in the sunshine on the bench, dozing off. Lol...
30-09-11: Thumbsup for this guy and those who cycle upslope for thousands of meters. I cant believe this was possible till I saw it for myself. Of course it had to be possible, but I dun ever think Singaporeans do such stuff. But anyway, where are there such nicely paved tracks for people to cycle uphill anyway for the whole stretch in SG?
30-09-11: As we checked in our beloved hotel room at Rigi Kulm Hotel. I opened the window and was amazed by some really beautiful sceneries. While wifey was washing up, I took out my 28-300 and got right to work with several shots at 300mm. Post processed for colors in PS. This was a shot of the hot air balloon against the backdrop of the alps.
