1 question, my photos, even thought cropped to 3:2, but after the white border, the tip of the building is cropped after print out..

what should I do to make sure that those tightly cropped photos that I wanted to print with border, are not cropped further during print out?

probably because your pics are not in 3:2 ratio (for 4R). they won't be able to fit in everything without distortion.
