Sry im new to photography. But do u carry any tripods ard for these shots?
i like #1, especially the reflection on the lake.
thanks for the pointer.
always inspired by you travel series
(too bad i can't re-crop this100% view)
thanks, that makes me feel bad to say anything bad about the series. but i think your previous series, i think in aus, is better. more natural rendering.
this series, some of which tones appear patchy, ie some blotch is bright, next to it is dark, then next again is bright... some may have to reconsider the rendering of colors, e.g. in #11 the blue sky becomes too saturated and detaches from the foreground and midground colors, making it almost like cut and paste onto a blue colored paper.

also, i think there are some obvious halo which i think if possible to avoid would be good... (but i'm not sure if halo is an aesthetic element to some, for at least vignette is)...

don't feel bad, just fire away. Hope to improve on these precious moments from my travels.
#11 was actually too dark and the monkys face was half blown, ur right, did not notice the blue at first. agree , too saturated as i was trying to "save" this pic.
i know the first picture has some ghosting, sorry but what do you mean about the halo, the skies ? i seem to get that with the sky when using CPL, how can I remove it ?
Thanks !
CPL can worsen uneven sky tone but not in that sense.
look at the mountain ridge, above it the sky looks bright cyan and then gradually becomes blue in the middle (valley part) of the sky. the bright area around the margins are called halo. normal tonal gradient are gradual and does not follow the mountain ridge. it is difficult to describe but too bad i cannot draw here.
i love these photos! absolutely gorgeous!may i know what lenses you used for these? thanks!
