Are there any local shops that sells KAP equipment?

Guess this is not the season for kite flying but the pics here are very unique.
Just curious, what kind of weight can a giant kite hiost? And you guys every fly the kite with cam and crash into the sea?

You are right! NE Monsoon not here yet, even got wind, also together with heavy rain.... :(

Depend on the size/type of kite. when wind is very strong and with a giant kite, more then 50kg is also no a big problem, but for KAP, the weight of Rig is between 200g - 1.2kg.

And you guys every fly the kite with cam and crash into the sea?
Nope! but my camera drop into a pond during a KAP trial.

Your kite photographs are interesting. Just wondering what camera you use? GoPro?

Ever lost your kite and also your camera?

I am keen to try but worried about the lost of my equipment.

Thanks

Michael
