clk dtm amg for sale?
LOL...
anyway the rims are fugly...

i still prefer this car in silver.

The colour is horrendous. So "beng" :bsmilie:

Yeah. Wouldn't have spent 1.1million on a car, then choose this colour.... and those wheels.... lol

suddenly photography doesn't seem like an expensive hobby anymore. :)

+1....

incidently, i did drive the gti as well as the r32.
honestly, the build quality....(can i use the word SUCKS?):embrass:
when i was driving the gti, a unknown rattling sound was so prominent.
and the sales exec actually tried covering it up by turning on the sound system, and i told him to switch it off.
then i told him about the rattling, and he said it's normal.
and all hatches are 'like that'.
i nearly fainted.
when i read (was it torque magazine?) a magazine when they review the r32, they reported an unknown rattling sound from the A pillar.

that having said, gti looks good, nice run-around-car, but the thing about DSG GB is that the move-off sometimes jerks...something i cant really live with.
when i drove the GTR, i didnt really experience such problem.
the only thing i dont really like about the gtr is the sound coming from the trans, or the LSD.
'clunk clunk clunk' at low speeds.
happens too for my previous rides, so i guess it's normal.

U r the 1st person who agree that there is a rattling sound when we drive a golf gti! My friends said i was being sensitive when i complained about my gti. (not rich enough to afford one in singapore. Owned it in another country. :) ) Anyway, congrats on your gtr purchase (don't you find the gear shifting fast and smooth but the back seats super cramped?) I hope you choose a white or dark grey for yours. ;)

Mini Cooper S with after-market tuning can be chunning out as much as 230bhp - 250bhp... tat 'Espace' do it. Exhaust w/o catalyst, sounds really wicked.

I really like the Mini Cooper John Cooper Works  :) but $150k is abit too much to pay for this car. :(

John Cooper Works full options will bump the price to S$170K+. Abd after that bring it to Espace Service centre for more tuning... that will sure see the price closer to S$190K or so. :thumbsd:

Rims are original but colour co-ordinated to the body colour, yes, makes the rims looks ugly. 99 in the world. Only abt 6 or 9 are in RHD.

Talking about super cars, any American gas guzzlers in SG? I'm talking about the Shelbys, Torinos, Corvettes, etc.

They is a LHD metallic red Chervolet Corvette in Spore, embassy number plate.

sigh, i just hope Gran Turismo 5 will have the GT-R in it so I can drive it on my PS3. that's the only way I can afford it!
hahaha

i think a white GT-R would be gorgeous. a pearly white GTR with a healthy shine.

sounds like i'm describing teeth..

if i rem correctly, gt5 prologue already has gtr.

so i'm sure GT5 will have it.
:)

Yup, GT5 Prologue already have. Got the concept version & the 'production ready but disguised testing at Nurburing' version even... so surely the forthcoming GT-R will have 2009 version of GT-R & GT-R V-Spec... sure one...

OH MY LORD........

i'm really in love with my new car.

i've been following this thread but never posted my opinions. Anyway, congrats on your new car. It's a hell of a ride! take pictures and post it too.:D

congrats !

and erm.. drive safe :vhappy:

Hey, this is my friend's car. He seldom drives it & I know the previous owner too. This is a special parallel import (non-C&C) & owner specifically wanted this blue which costed something like 20K euros extra..... It is a rare beast but unfortunately looks like a regular CLK. The 1st thing I would change is the rim though :bsmilie:

Damn...the annual depreciation cost more than my car liao and the annual road tax

LOLOLOLOLOLOL.:bsmilie: Well, good idea though, but it's best to keep your keys visible. Since your's is the keyless transponder types, it would be harder to spot your car key when needed. So what colour did you get? Pearlie white? Oh man, i feel like buying the GTR now. Dang. Haha.

GMAN
