Good, it tastes like fish sauce but it is vegetarian. I bought a few bottles.

Fried dry Mee Siam recipes
Ingredients:
• Bee Hoon
• Chili paste, shallot, Garlic, Asam, Dried shrimps, Sugar, Lemon grass, Salted bean paste (taucio), (U can buy the ready mee siam paste)
• Bean Sprouts
• Fish sauce
• oil
Methods:
• Soak bee hoon for ½ hour, drained.
• Heat up wok with oil.
• Add Mee siam paste stirfry till fragrance
• Add bean sprouts stir for 1 min
• Add bee hoon, mixed well, stir for 5-10mins
• Add fish sauce to taste
• Ready to serve

Sweet sour pork, 咕噜肉recipes
Ingredients:
• Pork (I used tenderloin, less fat, more tender) , cut to cubes
• Egg, Salt, pepper, chopped garlic, ginger, onion and chicken seasoning powder to season pork.
• corn flour
• Sugar
• Vinegar
• oil
• Ketchup
• Cucumber, onion and capsicum, cut to cubes
Methods:
• Marinated pork cubes with chopped garlic, onion, ginger, pepper and salt and mixed with cornflour and egg for 1 hour.
• Then coated with cornflour again and deep fried for 7 mins.
• In a wok, Boiled sugar with water to thicken and coat the pork, so that the pork cubes are crispier. Set aside.
• Heat up wok to stirfry ketchup, vinegar, salt.
• Add Cucumber, onion and capsicum, mixed well
• Add pork cubes and mixed well
• Ready to serve

Bro, can I check with you if you have the recipe for malaysia style 牛油虾婆? Been wanting to try this but can't find the recipe
