蜜汁虾球, Mayonnaise prawns recipes

Ingredients:
• Prawns, (deveined)
• Egg white, Salt, pepper and chicken seasoning powder to season
• corn flour
• oil
• Mayonnaise, Japanese Type.

Methods:
• Clean and devein the prawns. Season with egg white, Salt, pepper and chicken seasoning powder
• Coat prawns with corn flour
• Heat oil to deep fried prawns.
• Dried the excess oil from the deep fried prawns on a paper towel.
• Mixed mayonnaise with prawns while hot
• Ready to served

I remembered the first time cooking the curry cube and i didnt read instruction. It was a disaster. Hahaha~ I thought this is the normal warm-up curry mix.
