Anyway, here's one for the day! From my recent trip to the Land of the Rising Sun.

The footprints in the foreground are actually mine. I din realise how deep the snow was until I plunged my entire leg. :bsmilie:

my only nit-pick is that i struggle to find what the main subject is - footprints, bridge or the tree?

Hmm.... got a good point there. When taking that photo, my thought was to reproduce wad I'd seen.... Snowy foreground in a sea-like of snow with the bridge as the backdrop.

I wish I can chop away the tree though.

The bottom set of footprints was mine.
The other set was a 'happen to be there' one.

Like in any landscape photos: 天时，地利，人和.

I juz happen to be lucky.

Hmm.... I got another but the shrub is horribly blurred (train moving full speed) and the sun's in a wrong position.

Tilted horizon, cropped off shrubs... :think: I'll take note of these.

I wanted to find more leaves after this shot and put them around. But den I guess its the slight embrassment of ppl staring at this crazy squatting guy shooting into an obscure corner with 1 leave, pine tree and lotsa snow. :bsmilie:
