*Admin do help to move to correct section if its wrong section of forum, as I am new to this.Dear All.Please help me out if you can, I really don't know what is going on.Date: 4 September 2011, Sunday.Bad experience at Joy's ElectroMart, 109 North Bridge Road, Funan DigitaLife Mall, #02-02A, Tel: 6333 3630, Fax: 6333 3631.I bought a D7000 at the shop mention above, I check all the contents before I left the shop and nothing is missing.While having my dinner I suddenly realised that I never check for warranty card. I check the box but there was no warranty card so I called up the shop and ask where is my warranty card, the guy told me: I thought its inside?? And he say he will find for me.I went back to the shop after my dinner and ask for my warranty card.He took everything-D7000 body, bag & memory card, and he say: I pass to Nikon tomorrow and see the outcome then let you know, he tell me not to worry.*How can I not WORRY when I paid $1550 for my product and don't get it??!!The guy told me he cannot find the warranty card, I told him I want another set that have warranty card.He said NO!! I ask why cannot, he say cannot means cannot!! No reason why, he say this is the way the shop works, don't teach me what to do!! When I ask for refund, he told me NO REFUND & NO NEW SET!!Feeling damm angry & cheated!! I really don't know what the outcome is going to be, not sure if its grey set.The D7000 body, bag and memory card is still with the shop as he don't allow me take it.I'm going to the police station tomorrow if I don't get my NEW D7000, bag and memory card.Thanks for reading.
