CASE has no authority whatsoever. If the shop do not want to let you return, CASE can do nothing but let you lodge a complaint.

Challenger mini shops are same branding. That is different.

Plus Challenger's owners are stockholders now. It is already a publicly listed company, with shares traded freely on the stock market.
