He's not complaining that the shop charged him too much, but instead he is complaining that they quoted him a price and then changed it the next day.
Good grief, my language is surely not that bad? I don't seem to be getting my point across.
I'm not talking about the amount, his attitude, what (if anything) the shop should have done differently, whether anyone is allowed to make mistakes, whether he's complaining, whether he has the right to rant, or anything else. I'm not even debating if $11 is a significant amount of money.
I'm merely saying that you stating he should have done his research before buying is not fair.
mm. that may be my bad i guess? but even then, he still could have just rejected to buy since the price was different, no obligation to purchase whatsoever.. right? anyway, theres always such cases whereby people complain and all but they still make the purchase and after that they're not happy.
honestly if they're not happy with the price/attitude(of the salesperson) then dont purchase lah.. aiyoh.
