Highly likely.. The D3 is not much more expensive than D2Xs now. Probably about another $1-2k more.

I believe the 5 MP photo taken with this camera is probably going to look better than most 10 MP photos taken with other cameras. 5MP is not far from 6MP on the D70s which is a very capable camera. It's the quality of the 5 MP that matters.

This is actually a good thing, because PJs don't need/like too high MP photos (slows down the workflow).

The cameras dont look that impressive, but i may change my mind if they preform well at high ISO's like they claim too, but the new lenses look good!
