Is there a big diff among the 3? Just feel that although I am a Singaporean (pink ic), i am not sure about my rights or privileges. Any comments?

It isn't funny if you read it against the back drop of having to serve/"waste" 2-3 years of NS to protect Singapore just so foreigners & PR and work here 'cos they couldn't find jobs in their countries 'cos their gov isn't efficient enough or taking care of them. gezz.

Let's not get into a 'foreigners are bad because they come here and take our jobs, money and women' debate as it simply isn't true and I would like to think that members of this community are more intelligent than that. It's bad enough having to put up with all the 'Ang Mo' comments in threads, which in many other countries, including where I am from, would be considered racist and inappropriate. Maybe some people could learn from our tolerance?

PR already have right to work (that's why PR). When comes to employment, there isn't any advantage having Pink IC unless the interviewer makes it a personal agenda to do so. I should know 'cos I was involved in interviewing potential new staff. I want to limit interviews to just locals but co policy (& maybe MOM) doesn't allow for "discrimination". How sad.
