Was reading the 18-200mm VR review by Ken rockwell & he said the VR lenses is no for sports as it does not freeze action well.. is dat true? I think he also said panning has weird effects...

darn....must bring a spade wherever i go as i recall the most stable stance for shooting (rifle) is when within a foxhole! with foxhole, i see u a hundred meters away, press the trigger and u are .....tack sharp!

foxhole with support is best! so now u must bring a spade and sandbag also...wah jia lat man. maybe u permanently attach bipod legs to ur lens like SAW. ;p
