IR with Tokina 10-17 Fisheye

Some teaser IR photo with the Tokina 10-17 FE. :lovegrin:
Weather not permitting so shot out of windows just for fun. Not sure if this lens have hotspot as in the 12-24 but I tried from f4.5 to f16 and it seems OK but that is with overcast sky. It may be a good lens for IR as well and should be 110% fun lens to use. At 10mm settings the field of view is exectly the same as the Nikon 10.5 FE.

WOW...ACDSee can do defishing?

Yes can do perspective correction, Barrel, Pincushion and 1 step fisheye correction.

This lens cannot put any filter leh, especially IR one.

Nope, not even gelatin unless you want to take some risk.
It does not have a filter holder like the Nikon 10.5mm FE

Thanks Howardhuhrman but this are just bored shots out of my house windows but lens is surely fun to use. This will replace my current compact outing trio (10.5mm, 12-24, 18-200) that I used to carry for all unknown and fun situation.

Wow, you're one of the first few who has this lens. Was looking for it and didn't know it had already arrived in SG.

How's the build quality of the 10-17mm ?

Any major problems with chromatic aberations ?

Last but not least, where did you get this lens from ?
