Sorry to start this outing so late, was out looking for the place to run this IR Outing.

Nik, try this. Posted by Ark19 in THIS THREAD
"You can set CWB for D200 by:
1. screw on the IR filter
2. Set EV to -2
3. Set to Manual : F/3.5 : 8s
4. Set WB mode to PRE
5. Press WB button and hold, once PRE is flashing, release button, point to patch of brightly lit grass and depress shutter.
6. If CWB is successful will display gd, if not try again.
