Hmm.. never heard of this before. What's a recontract penalty? They charge you if you recontract? :think:

Oh I see. I thought they charge you after the contract ends and you want to recontract. :sweat:
Actually last time I remembered I received a voucher from M1 before to be used on purchasing new hp if I recontract. But Beginning of this year when my contract ended didn't seem to receive something similar. Maybe they had abandoned the practice? :think:

If you've a 2 year contract, but after 1 year, you want to recontract, the penalty for SH was to add another $100,now it is $200.

Yup it appears that singtel plans are slightly cheaper and also has better trade in offers. But I might still be jumping to starhub.

I did a check on singtel for handset upgrade/recontract eligibillity by dialing *1626. And the reply I got was, Congratulations! you can now enjoy mobile iPhone upgrade with a top up charge of $300

I also dialed that number twice and each time they reply they are sorry for not being able to process my query at this time. (my contract ending in less than 5 weeks)
My 2-year contract just reached it's 1-year mark a week ago, now can I still purchase a 3GS at S$100 additional surcharge?

Just browsing some online blogshop http://the-big-cottage.blogspot.com/ n came across this 2 casing. Take a look at TBC 01 and TBC 14. both carbon fibre. i have order one red ipad cover n gonna collect it tomolo. excited. and also i pre order the iphone carbon fibre casing. i think the price is gd
Seems like no 3GS CF casing..
Anyway, for US$20 for a real carbon fibre seems quite reasonable and attractive.. but note that whether it is real CF or just CF lookalike design.. makes a lot of difference.. CF material is not cheap.. I would certainly pay US$20 for a real CF material cover..
think some are still queuing hahah!!!
