Nope, I am still using the kit lens and 7 other lenses. I don't really need the f2.8. Within less than a year I have spent like more than $6000 on equipment. Now, since Sony confirms A100, I am just preparing cash for accessories like EP-2, additional 5600HS(D), etc. May let go other lens too in near future. Thinking to keep just a few useful lens.

I am closing the bidding in a week time since the first bid. The closing date is July 6. If you are interested let me know, you can test the lens first. It is sharp, even at f2.8.

For now, as an enthusiast, I don't need a fast lens yet. Skill is still below par.

720. actually, was pretty reluctant to pay this amount, as adorama cost 640SGD. but since he got a sharp copy and it is still quite new, i figured that it was worth it.

no. but after include shipping, the price is 718, still cheaper than 720. in the end, decided to just make someone happy and just sacrifice 2 dollars and get a used one. however, i did not expected myself to be sacrificing a 17-35G!;(
