Not sure about people using Alpha 100, how's the colour?

The color by a100 ..to me is also dependant on the lens you use...lens with better coating will of course give better results w/o even post processing the pic.. some of my sigma lenses esp 17-35 gives good contrast even in poor lighting cond..its best you try out the cam yourself n 'feel' whether its good enough for you..so far ...i've no complaints on my alpha..it has worked as i expected it to be..

Well, the minolta colors were the best, but even the 7D would occasionally suffer from color clipping. The A100 is a *little* bit cooler in the colors than minolta, but a bit more "realistic" and still quite excellent. Definitely better than Canon.

u will going to miss the built in As:embrass: ...having said that...i myself already got the flashs for the canon and nikon system...the question is which one to jump...:think:
pentax is out of question....got a feeling they not much better off than sony

yeah...$ony...
yesterday talked with one guy at mscolor. and he can say sony stuffs are reasonably priced. I think he didn't know what he was talking about because he said the 50/1.4 is at $800+(!!!).

anyway he said there's gonna be a lens promotion sometimes next week...dunno if it's mscolor promotion or sony.

Wow 50mm F1.4 was going for close to SGD400 when konica Minolta was selling it.
