Inside Nikon D3

Congrats , didn't know u were an "authorized service center" .

Great stuffs! Eye opener to the "heart of the image"!
But darn, Nikon stopped selling parts altogether.. So bro, when are you getting to be an authorized Nikon partner? ;)

How I wish we have access to some of Nikon parts

fatigue bro.. want to check with u .. is it possible to modify lens aperture blade to "cut" it to be more curve? to produce better bokeh.. Example AFD 50mm prime lens....

Answer to OT:
The shape of aperture blades are designed/optimised so they are "almost perfect circle" at all aperture settings.

Is it possible to cut the blades to get beautiful bokeh? Yes, but it would be only perfect at one particular aperture setting. Maybe the idea would be practical to do for those not so expensive lens and you intend to use only one aperture setting.
A better option would be to set the aperture to it's maximum setting

Usually, the fix is just to replace the shutter, but let's make it more interesting, replace the shutter blades.

The tool on the right is custom made. Very expensive piece of tool :bsmilie:

Wow bro, didn't know you have the tool to replace the blades itself. That's a very rare tool I believe, it is commercially available or you made it yourself?

The carbon fiber shutter blades are unique. Replacement parts came from a donor D3 camera

That one not unique, bought from $2 shop.
Used to put springs, washers and other small objects in place
