Got the modified for IR Pentax *ist DL2 just a few days ago from our brother fengwei.
Was sick with the flu bug and injured my ankle but managed to try out some shots over the weekend. Another lens that confirm has no hot spots is the Pentax FA 28-200mm f/3.8~5.6 superzoom.
Shooting with a modified IR camera is really fun and dead easy. Exposure time is easily within hand holding limits. With the megapixel count of Pentax DSLRs going up, I think more should consider having our 6.1 megapixel DSLRs converted as a dedicated IR camera.
