Cause it's the holiday season,and yes its an extra,1 on top of the one that comes in the box,when I bought my E-P1,supposed to get it at HN,but didn't,so I went down to OSC collect mine lol

from what i know...(i bought mine in AP simlim) they will stamp your receipt with a "REDEEM" chop... to state that you have use $99 to buy FL-14 FLASH...
maybe you can call the shop you bought from, to check if it's still valid for you to buy the FL-14 at $99...

maybe you can call the shop you bought from, to check if it's still valid for you to buy the FL-14 at $99...

The latter was particularly disappointing because they said over the phone that they'll reserve a kit when I called two weeks ago, and recent requests for equotes went unanswered. Boo!

MS colour sucks big time. JOHN 3:16 has become bad too. The Emails are extremely rude. A person called Faye once replied me. Quite rude. I think i won't deal with them. I rather pay full RRP and buy from Olympus rather than going to these shops. Most of the Singapore camera shops behave like we owe them a living. We should stop patronizing them.

I got mine too, labelling is a bit different from the original package but same rating.. The service is very quiet, only 1 customer there when I went. Either the sales of Olympus is poor or the failure rate is low.

Hi Ninja,

I am not related to MSC but got few gears from them before and know the boss there quite ok. Business not easy to do nowaday. When I am there I personally see some so called "potential customer" really very demanding and ask to be serve like king/queen. They ask for almost all the model and plug in CF to test every camera and then just walk away never even say thank you.

They also human mah, sometime got bad days maybe just happen you are there at wrong time lor. Nowaday business not easy to do I really dun think any business owner will to show black face lor.
