Images Samples from Lens for KM (Casual Shoots Welcome)

It won't change your image quality. If you want to get the center marking line to be on top, just loosen the screws on the lens closest to the mount and just rotate till where you want it to be.

ohhh..ok..cos mine is. so actually it doesnt matter rite?

but that may influence on whether the lens can focus to infinity, it depence on the lens got such allowance or not. My copy of M42 with Peleng initially cannot be focus to infinity, but with the centre marking right on the top. But I DIY the trimming of the thickness of the adaptor to make it able to focus to infinity (I was too free and have the tool at that time). After the trimming, the centre marking no longer right on the top

mine even worse. at the side and cannot focus to infinity.

Just loosen the screw and turn the marking back to top.

I'd like to share some photos that I took at Fort Canning Park that day taken with a Cosina 70-210 f2.8 Macro, push-pull design, that was lent to me by Galdor. Pics are unedited, except for cubic scaling using GIMP. Nice lens.

The macro pictures are always attractive. The one with the bees is splendid. It could look better without the flashlight.

Ha...ha. I can see that you're enjoying the lens bro. Indeed it's a very nice and under-rated lens. Happy shooting more Macros. :)

a gust of wind blew the reflections..thts y it slants...heehhee ;p

seems over sharpening to me, on those buildings. like those clouds though. how come those reflection of lights from buildings abit slant?

i also dunno why slanted.. checked everything at shooting site.. still appeared slanted... all i remembered was the water was flowing fast out from the river.

there is no sharping done.. i just make the photo smaller in size.
