Are B&W street photos easier to take than coloured 1s ?

technically... they're harder, becos for me i still have to post process!! hahaha.

okok but yeah i think i get wat u mean. in b/w u dun have colour to make ur shots interesting, it's all in shades. so that's where the challenge is - contrast.

i think sniperd would be a better commentor of this.

Are B&W street photos easier to take than coloured 1s ?

Both are the same to me. But I've chosen to go the B&W medium 'cause it catches the viewer's attention right away and the photographer has total control in the exposure to the development and to printing stage...

B&W film has wider exposure latitude as well

I'm into b & w too. In fact, I prefer shooting b & w over colour. I think it really brings out the feel and mood of your subject/scene. I'm an emotional person...that's why!

i solely rely on it.. and it's been down for i think three days? that's VERY long for email to be down.. but didn't really wish to make a big hoo har.. but it's really quite disappointing..

anyone share my views? actually i'm expecting a wedding schedule thru this email from a confirmed client. but his wedding not till mid may, so technically still got time, but STILL....
