Sorry but why end November? Don't mean to be pushy. But if you already collect all the batteries should it not be end of Oct. I really need them cause I will be travelling during end of November. Hope you don't take it the wrong way. I am willing to go to your place and pick it up myself and I will return to Sanyo the defective batteries on Monday. Not a problem. i heard from east gear that sanyo stop making 2300 batches, is it true?

Anyway, I had 3 sets of batts charged on 09 October. 2 sets Sanyo 2500, 1 set Konnoc 2500. All charged using same charger. When I tried to load the Sanyos into my flashgun, they were c-o-m-p-l-e-t-e-l-y f-l-a-t. The Konnoc batts on the other hand, powered up the flashgun just fine.

1. Collection Point : TAMPINES MRT after 7 p.m. -- Drop me an email to indicate your attendance on the day preferred and I will bring the batteries to office.
2. Collection Point Public Holiday : Tues (1 NOV) only
10 a.m. to 10: 30 a.m ---> Yio Chu Kang MRT ... try to come at 10 a.m. so that we can finish early ...drop me an email to confirm attendance
3. Those who are travelling or away....you have to get in touch with me when you are back lo.... Replacement exercise should end by November...thank you for your co-operation.
Cheers dudes .... I REITERATE AGAIN ... this replacement only applies to those on the list and for 2500s only ..EVERYONE MUST BRING THEIR 'BAD' BATTERIES FOR ONE-TO-ONE EXCHANGE. NO COMPROMISE as I need to account for all replacement batts. I hope u all understand my situation...

All the hard work to co-ordinate this massive exchange... trips & calls to co-ordinate with Sanyo, trips to meet up users for exchange, sweat & energy loss carrying the batteries! Salute Thanks

Paiseh hor, I don't mean to be troublesome, but would it be a good idea if the collection/replacement point be somewhere central, like Peninsula or something? I think alot of us can just go there after work to drop them off rather than have to travel far east or north.

since the meeting place are at two mrt stns, it is practical if exchangers do not need to exit from the stn i.e. stay inside the turnstiles and conduct exchange over the gates i.e. away from the turnstiles.
Apologies if I've missed it in the thread, but I'm one of the ones who bought during the MO and have not used mine yet ... would you mind letting us know the contact so that we can get in touch with them ourselves when we hit problems later ?
There are perhaps others who bought through the MOs or even through other retailers who may not have come across this thread yet, and the info will be helpful to us. Kudos to you for highlighting and championing it, not an easy task and it's all too tempting just to do it for yourself, and I'm sure many here are appreciative of your efforts.
