sadly no - but am close. After 1/2 a night and most of a day...decided not to stress myself and to give the company a proper quote with specifications with flow diagram, instead of adhoc-ing n trying to get something done as fast as possible fer dem.

Gotta painting to finish! Bro dun like the squid/mt fuji i drew on the outside wall....with d kids.......so tort i'll put in a couple of stick folk as well....it'll irritate him but will keep me happily amused ;)

by the way - great lunch time :)

painting is fun.... use good paint for durable finish...

i did painting when young. love acrylics. but for wall, you need nippon paint...

of course! work hard, move around alot.

I guess the last option from the docs would be sleep meds...

but well, if that's the only thing that can work.... problem is, some may get too dependent and addicted.

i can't take oral medication.... I think the longest and best sleep i had was on the operation table.

well.... you are not me, you would not know what is happening to me.

I did try to sleep. all sorts of ways.

I slept at 8pm, I woke up at 10 pm, I try to sleep again, I couldn't till around 4am.

I try not sleeping too early, at 12 am, I still wake up around 4am looking at the ceiling and started thinking about work, wishing time would go faster.

I try sleeping LATER at 2 am, I still wake up around 4am, with the same effects.

and most of the times, the TV is off, the ipod is off, the computer is off. Nothing is turned on, to prevent me from going to sleep.

I try not to force myself to sleep, I end up not sleeping at all.


So what is the solution? pump myself with medications?

of course there are ways to go to sleep. I just don't think I had found the right way yet.
or maybe I should just try the eternal sleep. That could be the right solution for me, at least I won't wake up at the magical hour.

And if u think I sound VERY PISSED, that's because I AM!

don't always think that I am purposely doing it to myself. I had this problem since I was young! I honestly doubt that I will self abuse myself so subtlely when there are better and more painful ways of doing it.

sleeping is not about how long you sleep, it how much you have really rest.

the idea of this thread is SLEEP! and to sleep. It's not about resting.
and to me, sometimes I wish i can switch off like sleep.

WOW.... that's scary... Sleep = Resting (for the body)

Maybe u cant sleep cos your body not tired enough?

SINGAPORE Airlines is offering promotional online fares to 10 destinations in Europe and the Pacific.

Return Economy class tickets are on sale for a week from Tuesday and are only available through the SQ website.

Tickets to Adelaide and Brisbane are going for about $600, while fares to Paris and Moscow are going at about $1,100.
