I sleep most of the times. and take photos!!!

there you go, you just found a secret to having more sleep. you can fall asleep more on a plane. :sweat: expensive sleep pattern...

can simulate a plane environment and maybe you can fall asleep better? but the high altitude pressure is something quite hard to simulate.... :sweat:

wow, then alcohol is something that can sooth your nerves. i dont drink, but only drink if overseas. my recent trip to north asia, i out drink the locals there with alcohol over 50% in concentration (each person down half a bottle, neat). when i went back to hotel, i walked down to the lounge and surf the net, looking perfectly sober. :bsmilie:

But drinking is bad if excessive. For good health, a lil spirits before bedtime is just great. I have a good friend who she must drink red wine before sleeping. she said it was quite calming.

i cant afford to sleep late. morning wake up by 6, prepare things for husband, do housework, cs-ing, and then leave for work @ 10 am and then after work got tutoring. :| if not sleep also must force to sleep
