almost everywhere is ah beng culture at workplace. den my 2nd last job suay lah, 1st day already dio mark on forehead.
looking lo, those not ah beng crowd the boss is pay like construction worker den T&C can :hung: wan. take MC deduct $50.

gahmen training is BS wan loh, thatz the "up & coming" industry they promoting, dirt low basic + $50 fines are norm. i go back reservist eat grass meh? not very encouraging industry to join is it?... :sweat:

u will have to decide what u want.
personally i think you have to put up with alot of things if u are working.
gov't training is the best they can do. they can't do more than that....
oni i kenna this s*** & alot more "extra" rules ler, earn $ already so hard still got to pay "fines" if things lost. a supervisor last time paid about $350 for lost items. pol****s at work put all the blame on him. i saw how they conduct investigation. :sweat:
training is okie lar, but should do more about bad bosses.
