Hi guys, haven been back for a looooooong time..

Well, anyway..i was looking thru random shots on Flickr, and i came across this photo..

http://www.flickr.com/photos/xilbia/3286964951/sizes/l/

I was wondering how the photographer managed to blur out the foreground and background and making the whole scene look like it was taken out of some toy set?

Anyone have any ideas about what the settings roughly were when the photo was taken?

Thanks

It was done using a tilt shift lens. google about it and you will see how it works. =)

Where were you? Which building were you in? I always want to take picture from higher view, but not sure which building would give the best view.
