ok hehe. shall share u the GURU secret moves.

if a guy, easy. go right up to her and say in the face, and say "i like u"
if she responds warmly, grats. u got a gf.
if she responds coldly, laugh at her and say "HAHA i bet u thought i was serious. u look so funny!"

to find out if he likes u, u know when she is attracted to u when......
1: she alternates between ignoring u and paying alot of attention to u. one day she thinks u disappeared, next day shes trying to make silly jokes to u.

2: she becmoes very self concious.
3: she finds out more abt u from her friends.

u can indicate ur interest in 2 ways:
the lingering stare. when in a group, stare at her and let her catch u doing it. then after she has noticed u, meet her eyes for 1.57 seconds and look at the ground quickly as if u have suddenly realised u had been staring at her. do this a few times at regular intervals (practise before a mirror)

The space invader. when u talk to her, move in closer with ur hands behind ur back. if she backs away, its a bad sign. if she stands firm, u got her!
