Often i saw people photos provide great colors after some editing anyone can help in this problem...

It's basic curve adjustment and color saturation adjustment.

First of all... make sure your picture is exposed properly. An underexposed picture makes a lot of difference against a properly exposed one.

Next, contrast and saturation comes into play... :)

Learn how to control the available light and add additional light when needed.

colorful subject,
lighting,
exposure,
post production.. etc all plays a parts..

btw, lighting and exposure are two different subjects, but many people are confuse about it, great light but wrong exposure will not get correct colors.
dull light but with correct exposure will only get mute colors.

hope this help

1. colourful subject
2. good light on colourful subject
3. correct exposure of the good light on colourful subject

this is the best start for the photography part
everything else is enhanced by post processing

Try adjusting this on PP..

Saturation & Hue..
Brightness & Contrast..

These will help in getting nicer colours for your photo. ;)

You can also play with the in-camera settings:

correct light + proper color saturation and contrast adjustment via curves in photoshop = nice colors.

there are so many variables. to get great colors, you must have good situation also. i give you a foggy day with loads of haze, you can give me color, i say you win!
