hmm tis pic i dun even know where to start to edit, cos there isn't a focus on the picture...

maybe u tell us wat kinda look u wan...

try tweaking the colour temperature a bit warmer? that would bring out the sunset that imo can be the focus. maybe play around with your tone curve to make the contrast between light and dark stronger?

since you have not really specify what exactly you want to make out of the picture ... you might want to consider making this black and white. btw the horizon is slanted.

in terms or colours this is nicer i think. then it depends what you want. original more monochrom. this is very contrasty.

but the original to being w don really have anything interesting but to play w colour

I think a more subtle approach would be more suitable, enhancing the colour and contrast but not to exaggeration...

This can actually be quite a nice picture with the right processing. The wide angle perspective is great. You can enhance the composition by having some interesting nearby foreground elements.

As we can see here, there can be 1001 version for editing pics. Rolldrum, so I guess you need to see what kind of effects you want, and apply the necessary technique to obtain the it.
