How to de-register (withdraw) a clubsnap account?

May I know, how can a clubsnapper de-register his account?
I have a friend who recently registered a new account but is having problems, and would prefer to de-register it from clubsnap. Is there a place where users can withdraw their user account?

Can he use his pm feature?

He could request it via that method or use the email account that he have used to register the account send an email to the clubsnap admin. Subjected to approval.
