don't have to be so cynical man. just because you're a senior member around here doesn't mean you're the smartest person in the world. isn't this a forum for members to help each other out? clearly not doing a great job there as a senior member by posting such remarks that are not constructive at all

So you just want the fish handed to you on a plate, or to learn how to fish?

Benro tripods are cheaper in HK. I already bought in SG and then saw the price in HK :mad2:

True, there is not much price difference in the OEM accessories but if you can accept 3rd party made accessories (mostly China made), they are still a lot cheaper than in Singapore.

瑩記 in Sham Shui Po's (深水埗) Apliu Street (鴨寮街) will be a good place for those after market accessories.

I guess there will be an equivalent HK photo forum member in HK asking 'are photo accessories cheaper in China compared to HK ?' kekekeke ! :bsmilie:

Cheap takes on a whole new meaning once you cross the border north of Hong Kong .... :bsmilie:

Actually, I still find Sham Shu Po Apliu Street (鴨寮街) cheaper than 華強路 in ShenZhen (深圳). And the range of product more complete in Apliu Street.

depends on what you looking for and where in SZ u go (Hua Qiang Bei area) ...but generally most china photo supply stores are very small operations esp in SZ ........ yes u r right, have to often go from shop to shop looking for different things... Guangzhou camera city actually a better place to go
