Hi all, just wanna chk if the price at price.com.hk and ygdragon gonna be the same as the price at the shops? Will there be further discount if I bargain or is the price pretty fixed?

Intend to get canon EFS 18-200 IS. Base on the pricelist, I save abt $200. Anyone here bought it in any shops in hk b4? I'm gg in aug, thinking if I shd get there or buy a 2nd hand here.

If the price stated before April 2011 might not accurate. Recently went up 10 to 20%.

Hi guys,

Just got back from Hkg over the weekend. Bought a Canon 17-40L from Sunnings (Mongkok) for HKD6,080. Man Shing is selling at HKD6,200. The next day, came across a small camera shop along Lyndhurst Terrace & boss quoted me HKD5,950.

I think it is best to stick to the bigger established shops... at least you know you will probably not be cheated. Some smaller shops are known for their 'bait and switch' tactics... the bait being the low(er) quoted price.

Lyndhurst Terrace/Hollywood Road used to have quite a few famous camera shops back in the film days. I bought my first SLR from a shop over in Lyndhurst Terrace in the '80s. But that particular shop no longer exist.

I don't think this is a hard to get item so I would expect you can find it in most stores. I would suggest Wing Shing as they usually holds the largest stock. Take note of not getting the gray set if international warranty is important to you as gray sets usually will not include an international warranty card.

Don't think Phottix has international warranty. However, I know visitors bought Phottix products in HK and need servicing, they have sent the item back to Phottix HK and Phottix has sent a new one back to them within the warranty period.

anyone knows how much is the 5D MK2 price at hk?
