Hiring a full time photo editor

I'm looking to hire a full time photo editor to join my company. Preferably with at least basic graphic design capabilities as well. General interest or experience in photography would be an asset.

Starting salary 1600-2000/month. I may consider hiring someone with no prior experience but comfortable with editing software (I don't really care which you use, as long as you can get the job done) internship basis to start.
