Is the upcoming dual charger able to recharge mobile phone batteries?

At this moment, we have no plans to carry phone batteries. The dual charger comes with charging plates designed to charge different types of digital camera batteries, I believe if you find a charging plate that fits your mobile phone battery, you would be able to charge them.
