Won't be suprised if they have D300 on the drawing board...maybe even a non-working prototype...who knows...maybe full frame? But one thing is certain....it will come 4 years later like the D200... :bsmilie:

Unless it's damn affordable, if it's priced like a D3X or D2X then for FF, I'd rather buy a professional body over a FF.

Looks like this real stuff is coming to town soon since there's so many leakage already. Time to buy one. But not so soon. Wait for the market to cool down first than buy.:)
My exact sentiments.

Imagine you use this monster to do insect macro. I wonder what will happen to the poor butterfly after being zap by it.

Nikon should also add little flashing colour led light to attract attenting;

and rotating firing sequence mode, ie one flash fire after another in a circle, it should be fun. :bsmilie:

I always like the CF door to be at the side.

Isn't this with the D2x? Abit silly if it's the D200... afterall the D200's internal flash does what the SU800 is supposed to do.....

it's D200..... can see the vertical grip.

Maybe the internal flash system for D200 and D70 is similar? Even with the internal flash, (based on D70), commander mode is not be able to control the 3 flashes fully to the specific exposure. The internal flash on D70 can only control 1 group. Hence SU-800 is used....

hopefully this is the explanation.

Going by the menu from the review sites, the internal flash for the D200 can control up to 3 groups (one for the internal flash itself and another two groups)
